Please be advised that the technical issue that UCB CZ was experiencing on 21/06/2021 has been resolved and the Custody modules (settlement and corporate actions/income) have been correctly working from this morning. This also means that all non-processed settlement and income postings have been booked with correct value on the respective client cash accounts. Once the End of Day Processing is executed this evening, the UCB CZ cash system should properly reflect the balances for 22/06/2021.
Should clients still see any irregularities in settlement statuses, income payments and/or cash balances, we kindly ask they contact us at their earliest convenience.
Impact on Clients: Settlement, Cash and Income postings and confirmations are now correctly processed; no client impact remaining.
