SWIFT outage: recurrent issue

Reoccurring delay in Settlement and Income Confirmations

Dear Clients,

We regret to inform you that the earlier technical issue has reoccurred and is persisting in both UniCredit Czech Republic and Slovakia custody modules (settlement and corporate actions/income). As a result, settlement confirmations as well as CA income processing, together with MT566 messages releases are delayed. All settled transactions/income have not been posted on the respective cash accounts. This issue will be rectified at the earliest possible time, however, should this be not solved by VD 21/06/2021, UniCredit Czech Rep. and Slovakia will use back-valuation to maintain the proper cash balances on client accounts.
UniCredit Czech Republic and Slovakia together with its system support team, is working to rectify and correct the above mentioned issue. The follow up with more information will be issued on 22 June 2021 the latest.
Should clients have any specific queries regarding settlement status, income payments and/or cash balances, we kindly ask they contact the following operational teams directly:

Impact on Clients:   Settlement and Income confirmations will be distributed to clients with a slight delay. The clients’ cash balances are currently affected by non-processed settlement and income payments.
