UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia,a.s.would like to advise clients that the Czech Ministry of Finance published in its Bulletin the information about the English translation of the Acts on Bonds and Capital Market Act, as amended from 1 May 2020.
The Act No. 119/2020 Coll. that entered into force on 1 May 2020, amending certain acts in the area of regulating business on the financial market, which, among other things, significantly amends Act No. 190/2004 Coll., on bonds, as amended. regulations (the Bonds Act) and Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on Undertakings on the Capital Market, as amended (the Capital Market Act). The translation of the Capital Market Act also reflects the changes made by Amendment No. 204/2019 Coll., which entered into force on 1 October 2019.
