Upcoming amendment of Prague Stock Exchange rules (Section XII)

UniCredit Bank would like to advise its clients of the upcoming change of Prague Stock Exchange (PSE) rules effective from 1 June 1 2020. The change is related to the Conditions for Admission of Collective Investment Securities to Trading on the Regulated Market of the Exchange as published in the PSE Bulletin (issued on 27/05/2020).
The main changes will be described in Article 7 par. (1) of “Issuer’s Obligations” and will be made available on the PSE website in due course. https://www.pse.cz/en/rules-and-prescriptions-prague-stock-exchange
Impact on investors: The Issuers need to be aware and be compliant with the new obligations set forth.
