As agreed within the European Central Securities Depositories Association (ECSDA), more time will be granted between the CSDs’ monthly penalties reporting and the actual payment processing date to meet the requirements of CSD participants. In accordance with this agreement, as of March 2023 the penalty booking date will be the 18th PBD of the month following the penalty month.
