KELER’s application for APA (Approved Publication Arrangement) reporting service provider status with regards to transaction and transparency reporting services, under the prevailing MiFID2/MIFIR regulation, has been approved by the Central Bank of Hungary as of 11 December 2017. The new license, in accordance with the MIFID II/MIFIR regulation, allows the publication of the volumes and prices of the transactions that investment firms, either on their own account or on behalf of their clients, conclude in shares, depositary receipts, ETFs, certificates and other similar financial instruments traded on a trading venue.
