KELER announced the market that the technical SWIFT issue faced during the morning hours has been resolved, KELER operates as usual and trades are continuously processed. So far KELER has not announced extended settlement and clearing cut off times.
Impact on investors: Due to problems in SWIFT based communication between KELER, the Central Bank of Hungary (CBH) and KELER participants communicating with KELER via SWIFT clients might have experienced slower settlement timeframe.
