Scheduled Evacuation of UniCredit Bank Hungary Office Building

As part of a scheduled fire drill, the office building of UniCredit Bank Hungary at Szabadsag Square in Budapest will be evacuated starting from 13:30 CET on 7 November 2014 and all employees, including the staff of Global Securities Services, will have to leave the building during that time.

A fire drill is scheduled on 7 November 2014 for the building of UniCredit Bank Hungary located at Szabadsag Square in Budapest, which will also include an evacuation process. The test fire drill will start at 13:30 CET, when all people, including the staff of Global Securities Services, will have to leave the building.

During the duration of the evacuation the processing of all STP settlement instructions will continue to be carried out as usual and will not be affected. For the time of the evacuation the following GSS team members will be reachable via mobile phone and Blackberry email, as follows:

All remaining GSS staff will not be reachable via both phone and email during the duration of the fire drill process.

Upon completion of the evacuation and as soon as the GSS team returns to the building we will notify our clients of our resumed availability and operations via separate Newsflash.

In the unlikely event that due to a prolonged evacuation process the BCP for Global Securities Services must be initiated, we will advise our clients of the activation of the BCP and its details through a separate Newsflash. Such Newsflash will only be released in case the BCP is indeed activated.

Impact on investors: During the period of the scheduled evacuation of the office building of UniCredit Bank Hungary located at Szabadsag Square in Budapest the GSS staff will not be reachable, with the exception of the three team members noted above. During the time of the evacuation the processing of STP settlement instructions will not be affected. As soon as normal operations are resumed, clients will be notified immediately.
