As previously announced, 24-27 December 2019 will be a public holiday (Christmas Season) in Hungary, 7 December and 14 December are set as extra working days in Hungary, replacing 24 December 2019 (Christmas Eve) and 27 December 2019 (Bridge holiday).
On 7 December and 14 December 2019 the banks, KELER and KELER CCP will be open. UniCredit Bank Hungary and both KELER and KELER CCP are operating with shortened deadlines. As a result, UniCredit Bank Hungary will accept client instructions for same day settlement on this day until 12:00 p.m. CET. On the extra working days trading on the Budapest Stock Exchange or on the MTS Hungary Platform will not be possible thus no clearing will take place.
Impact on investors: All banks, KELER, KELER CCP will be open on the substitute working days 7 December and 14 December 2019, operating with shortened deadlines, however trading on the Budapest Stock Exchange or on the MTS Hungary Platform will not be possible, no clearing will take place.
