As communicated earlier, KELER the Hungarian CSD has implemented its enhanced settlement system over the weekend of 3-5 December, 2021. This has been a highly anticipated event and a very important milestone on the Hungarian capital market.
KELER completed the transition according to plans with close cooperation of market participants. The opening and end of day procedures of the first business day were successfully completed, furthermore no disruption or incident was experienced on UniCredit GSS side during the transition and go-live.
Impact on investors: The migration to KELER’s new, enhanced settlement system has been concluded successfully.
