Migration weekend dress rehearsal took place for the CSDs joining T2S in the fourth wave
The central securities depositories joining T2S in the fourth wave, i.e. Austria, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovakia and Slovenia, took part in a migration weekend dress rehearsal, which took place starting from Thursday, 7 July 2016.
The testing was coordinated by the European Central Bank with the participation of SWIFT and the Central Banks in the respective countries. Its aim was to enable the future participants to try out their connectivity to the T2S test environment for the first time. As a result of configuration issues, some delays occurred in the course of the tests and thus the rehearsal could not be completed as originally planned on 9 July 2016. The issues were however subsequently remedied by the participants and the testing was eventually successfully finalised on 11 July 2016.
