Update from KELER on the retrospective penalties

KELER, the Hungarian CSD announced to the market that the originally announced appeal deadline for the retroactive penalties calculated for February, March, April 2022 has been changed to 8 July 2022.
Following the appeal deadline, KELER will provide the aggregated monthly penalty reports including all penalties with active status with detection dates between 1 February 2022 and 29 April 2022.
The aggregated global net amount of the penalties calculated retroactively are to be collected and distributed with the planned settlement date of 20 July 2022.
Impact on investors: KELER advised that appeal deadline of the retroactive aggregated monthly penalties is prolonged until 8 July 2022.
