KELER published the interface specifications required for SRD II messaging on 15 June 2020. The specification of messages to be used by KELER were made available to KELER’s direct clients on SWIFT “My Standards”.
The information includes descriptions of messages related to general meetings and other types of corporate action. Messages related to Shareholder Identification are limited to the case when KELER will be the nominated third party. Further specifications for issuers and for the Shareholder Identification procedure managed by a service provider other than KELER, will be available at a later stage.
