Further to our previous announcement, the Board of KELER has now approved the proposal to postpone the implementation date of BaNCS from 3 October 2016 to 21 November 2016, in order to ensure the safe go-live of the new system.
As soon as additional information on KELER's system replacement becomes available, we will provide further updates.
Impact on investors: The go-live of KELER’s new system BaNCS will take place on 21 November 2016, instead of 3 October 2016.
