On 14 March 2022 FSA approved the amendments at the CSD “Code of Rules”.
The changes refer mainly to the implementation of the provisions regarding the settlement discipline according to the UE Regulations 909/2014 and 1229/2018.
Amendments will enter in force on 21 March 2022 and are published on the CSD website under the link here.
