The Board of Governors of Bucharest Stock Exchange appointed Adrian Tanase as CEO.
Reconvening on 4 December 2017, the Board of Governors of Bucharest Stock Exchange appointed Adrian Tanase as CEO for a term of four years. Mr. Tanase will effectively assume the position of CEO from the date on which the appointment is approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF).
Mr. Tanase is the former CIO of one of the local mandatory private pension funds. He has more than 16 years of experience in asset management and capital markets, with a focus on portfolio management and financial risk management.
