The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (MinFin) published the list of the countries with Double Tax Treaties (DTTs) with Russia as of 1 January 2014. The list has not changed since its last publication a year ago. For details on the applicable withholding tax rates for the countries with DTTs please refer to the attached document.
Impact on investors: The list of countries with DTTs with Russia as of 1 January 2014 has not changed and remains up-to-date.
