A new court will deal with financial market disputes.

Several key market participants including the Moscow Exchange signed an agreement for the settlement of disputes arising between financial market participants in a new authority body created on the basis of the arbitration centre of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

The Arbitration Centre of the RSPP will take on the previous role of the Arbitration Commission of MOEX and the Arbitration Court of the National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR), aligning their long-term experience in trial litigation and their broad capacity for disputes in the financial market.

It is expected that the new court will begin its operations in the first half of 2017, thus improving the protection of the interests of traders and clients via highly professional and transparent procedures for arbitration.
