Dear Client,

On 10 February 2014 UniCredit GSS Russia successfully carried out its annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing. All crucial business processes, such as settlement, corporate actions and income collection, static data, internal control and billing were tested in terms of compliance with the BCP requirements.

As part of the testing, relocation of the key personnel to the GSS primary back-up site was performed. All critically important systems used by UniCredit GSS Russia were involved in the testing. All of them were successfully reset from the back-up site and all Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) were met during operational hours.

On 13 February 2014 UniCredit GSS Russia performed the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) test with positive outcome.

Impact on investors: Following successful testing, UniCredit GSS Russia may confirm that its BCP and DRP are fully operational and sufficient to restore its core services within the set timeframes (RTO).
