The first IPO in Serbia in almost 80 years expected to take place before the end of 2018
The Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) published the prospectus for the initial public offering (IPO) and admission to the regulated market of FINTEL ENERGIJA A.D. Beograd. This is the first IPO on BELEX after almost 80 years. Trading of Fintel Energija's shares at the BELEX is expected to start in November.
