The major part of the amendments to CDCP's scale of fees concern the registration of and changes in securities issues, whike the cancellation of the issues becomes free of charge.
The fees for statements from securities issues and securities accounts will depends on whether these will be provided in paper or electronic form.
The CDCP participant entrance fee has increased from EUR 3,000.00 to EUR 5,000.00.
The are no changes in safekeeping fees and no changes in the fees for transfer/movement of securities.
The fees for transition of securities go down to EUR 120 (for instruction submitted in paper form) and EUR 20 (for instruction submitted in electronic form). (The transition of securities is their transfer other than under contract, enforced by a legal act or by a decision of a governmental authority).
The registration of contractual pledge over securities will change from the current tiered structure to a flat one and will be charged at 0.008% of the debt value, with minimum fee of EUR 15.00 and maximum fee of EUR 5,000.00. In case urgent execution of the pledge has been requested (within 2 business days), the price will be doubled. Additionally, a fee of EUR 30,00 will apply to instructions to register, change or cancel contractual pledges.
