Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s. (CDCP) has published Amendment to the Scale of Fees, effective from 1 January 2021.
The changes are following:
• Introduction of a new type of fee for identification of shareholders request in accordance with the Shareholder Rights Directive II payable by the issuer in amount of EUR 130, - per issue.
• DvP transfers between accounts in a Member’s own registry and under one Member client’s account, will cost as standard DVP transfer since these trades are settled now in T2S. Previously the cost was incorporated in safekeeping fee for the Member Client Account.
Further amendments relate to discounts provided for Issuers registering their issues of Fixed income securities and Equities in CDCP.
