Slovene CSD amended Fee Schedule, which is published on KDD’s web page https://www.kdd.si/ and will take effect on 1st of January 2019.
We would like to inform you that with 1 January 2019, GSS Slovenia will apply the maximum settlement fee for free of payment settlement of securities without a price on LjSE at the amount of EUR 39.50. Book value for shares and nominal value for bonds will be taken into consideration in the calculation of the fee.
According to our Previous announcement (Amended KDD Fee Schedule) done in May 2018, our IT application was not able to calculate different maximums for trades with market price on LjSE and those without market price on LjSE. That is why the some maximum fee in the amount of EUR 24.27 applied for all free of payment settlements.
Majority of free of payment settlement of securities without price on LjSE is done with bonds.
