The Slovene CSD – KDD published a new Fee Schedule, which will be valid from 1st of January 2019. The fee schedule in the Slovenian language is published on its web page: https://www.kdd.si/. An English version of new fee schedule will be published later on.
Main changes, which will have an impact on international clients, are as follows:
- Settlement fee will increase from 0.035% to 0,036%. The Minimum settlement fee will be increased from currently valid EUR 3.95 to EUR 4.11. The maximum settlement fee for securities with a price on the LjSE (free of payment settlement) will be increased from currently valid EUR 24.27 to EUR 25.24. The maximum settlement fee for securities without the price on the LjSE (free of payment settlement) will be increased from currently valid EUR 39.40 to EUR 41.08.
- Fees for maintenance and execution of corporate actions will increase:

- Increase of monthly fee for maintenance for a segregated securities account from EUR 3.23 to EUR 3,36 and for a fiduciary securities account from EUR 6.46 to EUR 6.72. Fee is first time charged in a month when security account is opened and last time in the month when security account is closed.
- Increase of safekeeping fee for holding on all security accounts at the CSD as follows:
- From 0.01452 % yearly or 0.00121 % monthly for shares and fund’s points to 0.01512% yearly or 0.00126 % monthly,
- From 0.01020 % yearly or 0.00085% monthly for fixed income securities to 0.01056 % yearly or 0.000088 % monthly.
- Minimum value of safekeeping fee charged per months per account will increase from EUR 0.32 to EUR 0.33.
- Fee for assignment of KID code remains as it is EUR 78.07.
