Local CSD (KDD) has published the amended Price List on its web page https://www.kdd.si/. The new Price List will be effective on 1 January 2022. The English version of new fee schedule will be published later on. Main changes which will impact the international clients are as follows:
1. Settlement fee for OTC trades will increase from 0.036% to 0.038%.
FOP settlement
- minimum fee will be increased from EUR 4.11 to EUR 4.34
- maximum fee (securities with stock exchange price) will be increased from EUR 25.24 to EUR 26.68
- maximum fee (securities without stock exchange price) will be increased from EUR 41.08 to EUR 43.42
DVP settlement
- minimum fee will be increased from EUR 2.05 to EUR 2.17
- maximum fee will be increased from EUR 25.24 to EUR 26.68
2. Account maintenance fee (charged monthly) will increase as follows:
- segregated securities account from EUR 3.36 to EUR 3.55
- fiduciary securities account from EUR 6.72 to EUR 7.10
3. Safekeeping fee (charged monthly) will increase as follows:
- Equity securities: from 0.00126% to 0.00133%
- Debt securities: from 0.00088% to 0.00093%
4. Minimum safekeeping fee (charged monthly per account) will increase from EUR 0.33 to EUR 0.35.
5. KID code assignment (charged per KID code) will increase from 88.07 EUR to 93.09 EUR.
6. KID code maintenance (charged monthly) will increase from 4.27 EUR to 4.51 EUR. This cost is currently not charged – the KDD will start charging it after the KID code identifier will be replaced with LEI.
7. Fee for automated receipt of order or part of order in connection with the exercise of shareholder's rights and automated processing (forwarding to issuer) will increase from EUR 5,82 to EUR 6.15 (charged per order or part of order of each final shareholder).
8. Fee for maintenance and execution of corporate actions (charged monthly) will increase as follows:

Impact on investors: Clients should take note that CSD fees will be increased as of January 2022 to align them with the growth of consumer prices in Slovenia.
