KDD Price List amendment

Local CSD (KDD) published amended Price List on its web page https://www-en.kdd.si/rules-regulations-and-price-list. The new Price List will be effective from February 1^st 2024. 

Main changes which impact international clients are as follows:

• Settlement fee for OTC DVP transactions will increase from 0.042% to 0.044%.
• minimum fee will increase from EUR 2.39 to EUR 2.50
• maximum fee will increase from EUR 29.35 to EUR 30.79

• Settlement fee for OTC FOP transactions will increase from 0.036% to 0.037%.

• minimum fee will increase from EUR 4.77 to EUR 5.00

• maximum fee (securities with stock exchange price) will increase from EUR 29.35 to EUR 30.79

• maximum fee (securities without stock exchange price) will increase from EUR 47.76 to EUR 50.10

• Settlement fee for stock exchange transactions

• Settlement of securities leg will increase from 0.036% to 0.037%.

• minimum fee will increase from EUR 0.37 to EUR 0.38.

• maximum fee will increase from EUR 24.89 to EUR 26.11

• Settlement of cash leg
•  maximum fee will increase from EUR 4.46 to EUR 4.68

• Account maintenance fee (charged monthly) will increase:
• Segregated securities account: from EUR 3.91 to EUR 4.10
• Fiduciary securities account: from EUR 7.81 to EUR 8.19

• Safekeeping fee (charged monthly) will increase:
• Equity securities: from 0.00146% to 0.00153%
• Debt securities: from 0.00102% to 0.00107%
• Minimum safekeeping fee (charged monthly per account) will increase from EUR 0.39 to EUR 0.40.

• KID code assignment (charged per KID code) will increase from 102.40 EUR to 107.42 EUR.

• KID code maintenance (charged monthly) will increase from 4.96 EUR to 5.20 EUR. The KDD will start charging it after the KID code identifier is replaced with LEI.

• Fee for automated receipt of order or part of order in connection with the exercise of shareholder's rights and automated processing (forwarding to issuer) will increase from EUR 6.77 to EUR 7,10 (charged per order or part of order of each final shareholder).

• Annual fee for maintenance and execution of corporate actions will increase:

Impact on investors: CSD has increased its fees to harmonize them with the growth of consumer prices in Slovenia.
