Local CSD (KDD) published amended Price List on its web page https://www-en.kdd.si/rules-regulations-and-price-list. The new Price List will be effective on August 24th 2021.
Price List change is a consequence of the SRDII implementation and it refers to General Meetings:
- Automated receipt of order or part of order in connection with the exercise of shareholder's rights and automated processing (forwarding to issuer): EUR 5,82 per order or part of order of each final shareholder (charged monthly).
Fees related to the Shareholder identification will not be charged to our clients as they are borne by the KDD members – issuers.
