ZSE capital increase completed

After the second round of its capital increase, the Zagreb Stock Exchange fulfils the requirements regarding the acquisition of the Ljubljana Exchange.
                                                                                                       
The capital increase envisaged aggregating a maximum amount of HRK 15 million by issuing new shares. In the first round 28.5% of the existing shareholders participated, subscribing HRK 4.27 million of new capital. The right to take part in the second round was reserved to qualified investors only, who subscribed HRK 10.63 million of the new capital, for a total of HRK 14.9 million.

The Supervisory Board confirmed the success of the capital increase, fulfilling the condition for the last point required for the acquisition of Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), namely the approval of the Slovenian capital market regulator. Following its approval, the acquisition of LJSE will enter the final phase.

 A successful issuance provided, the ZSE shares will be listed on the Official Market of the ZSE in the first half of 2016. This is in accordance with a decision of the General Assembly on 31 August 2015.
