Fitch Ratings downgrades Mongolia

Fitch has adjusted Mongolia's long-term foreign and local currency issuer default ratings to 'B' from 'B+' and revised the outlook to stable from negative.

                                                                                                                                                           
The issuer ratings on Mongolia's senior unsecured foreign- and local-currency bonds were also decreased to 'B' from 'B+'. The country ceiling was downgraded to 'B' from 'B+' and the short-term foreign currency IDR has been affirmed at 'B'.
