Holiday reminder March 2019: Bosnia & Hercegovina, Bulgaria, Russia and Hungary

Friday, 01 March 2019 will be will be a public holiday in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH). Monday, 4th March 2019 will be a public holiday in Bulgaria. Friday, 8th March 2019 will be a public holiday in Russia. Friday, 15th March 2019 will be a public holiday in Hungary

Please be informed that Friday, 01 March 2019 (Independence  Day), it will be public holiday in FBiH.

On this public holiday the Sarajevo Stock Exchange, the Registry of Securities in FBiH (CSD) and all banks in FBiH will be closed. The market will resume its activities on Monday, 04 March 2019.

   

Impact on investors:  Friday, 01 March 2019 will be public holiday in FBiH. However, since this is a normal working day for the market in the Republic of Srpska (RS), GSS staff will be available to support client activities in RS.

 

Please be informed that Monday, 4th March 2019 (additional holiday due to Liberation day on Sunday 3rd March) will be a non-working day in the Bulgarian market. The following schedule is valid for the standard T+2 settlement cycle (equities and bonds):
