3rd March – Liberation Day in Bulgaria: Non-trading, non-settlement day. Banks, Stock Exchange, CSD and local payment system will be closed.
8th March – Women’s Day in Russia: Non-trading, non-settlement day. Banks, Stock Exchange, CSD and local payment system will be closed.
15th March - Outbreak of the 1848 Revolution in Hungary: Non-trading, non-settlement day. Banks, Stock Exchange, CSD and local payment system will be closed.
