2 January – New Year's Day: Stock Exchange, CSD, Banks and payment system are closed.
3 January  New Year's Day: Federation of BiH holiday only. Neither trading on SASE nor settlement in FBIH will take place. This is a normal working day for the market in Republic of Srpska.
6 January – Orthodox Christmas: Republic of Srpska holiday only. Neither trading on BLSE nor settlement in RS will take place. This is a normal working day for the market in Federation of BiH.
9 January – Republic Day: Republic of Srpska holiday only. Neither trading on BLSE nor settlement in RS will take place. This is a normal working day for the market in Federation of BiH.

Bulgaria
2 January  Public Holiday: New Year's Day is on 01 January. When an official holiday is on a weekend's day, the first following available working day is declared public holiday.

4 and 5 January – Belgrade Stock Exchange (BSE) will be closed.
6 January  Orthodox Christmas Eve: Bank early closure (2 p.m. CET) due to the Orthodox Christmas Eve. BSE will be closed, while Banks will be open with limited working hours due to the Orthodox Christmas Eve. CSD and local payment systems will be open.
