1 November – All Saints’ Day: Settlement supported by UniCredit Bank Austria (against and free of payment).

Bosnia
21 November – Dayton Peace Agreement Day: Republic of Srpska holiday only. Neither trading on BLSE nor settlement in RS will take place. This is a normal working day for the market in Federation of BiH.

Croatia
1 November – All Saints’ Day: Stock Exchange, CSD, Banks and payment system are closed.

Czech Republic
17 November – Freedom and Democracy Day: Stock Exchange, CSD, Banks and payment system are closed.

Hungary
1 November – All Saints' Day: Stock Exchange, CSD, Banks and payment system are closed.

Romania
30 November – St. Andrew's Day: Stock Exchange, CSD, Banks and payment system are closed.

Russia
4 November – National Unity Day
6 November – The Additional Holiday. On November 6th the Stock Exchange will be opened without limitations, the CSD will be opened with limitations set by CBR (no official information on CBR working hours during these days at the moment). AO UCB will be closed and will resume its activities on November 7th, 2023.

Slovakia
1 November – All Saints’ Day: Stock Exchange and Banks are closed. Local payment system and CSD are open. Depository service is restricted to settlement of instructions in settlement system and electronic submission of requests to Information System.
17 November – Freedom and Democracy Day: Stock Exchange and Banks are closed. Local payment system and CSD are open. Depository service is restricted to settlement of instructions in settlement system and electronic submission of requests to Information System.

Slovenia
1 November – All Saints’ Day: Stock Exchange and Banking services are closed, while Payment system is open and CSD will be open for OTC only.
