SEPTEMBER 2019 - ISSUE 208

Dear Clients, Partners and Friends,

It was a great pleasure to meet many of you and engage in fruitful conversations at the ExCel London where SIBOS 2019 has taken place just recently. It has been a busy four days and an excellent opportunity to discuss all the hot topics shaping the future of our industry.

Throughout the conference, UniCredit, the simple successful pan–European commercial bank, was represented by a delegation from a wide range of business areas who came to bring you news of our innovation and digital agenda which has been designed to provide top trade finance solutions, innovative payment solutions, as well as information on our substantial investment in our GSS franchise to upgrade our IT infrastructure for a state of the art solution.

We were all very proud to accept Global Finance’s Best Sub Custodian Bank 2019 in the CEE Region award and the country awards for being the market leaders in Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia and Slovenia. Congatulations to the GSS team for their hard work and expertise and I wish them great success for the coming years as well!

Please enjoy reading the GSS Autumn 2019 Newsletter.
