The National Settlement Depository, Russian CSD and Neoflex, the leading supplier of software and professional services in the financial market, developed and launched four new corporate information modules (Shares, Bonds, UIT Units and Organisations) on the technological base of the GoldenSource 360° EDM platform.
The project, aimed at the extension of database customisation possibilities for NSD clients, was implemented within the framework of the development of NSD information services for their customers in relation to receiving, storing and processing corporate information.
Flexible and customer-oriented functionality of information modules allows users access to various information on all securities accepted for servicing by NSD, on a specific list of issuers or clients’ securities portfolios held at NSD. In addition, NSD clients may get well-structured information on shareholder meetings, dividend payments, offers and defaults on Russian issuers’ bonds using the GoldenSource 360° EDM platform.
