In July the National Settlement Depository (NSD) completed a surprise test of the Disaster Recovery Plan and NSD’s activities. The test examined fire safety, the notification system and the efficiency of communication between different services of NSD. Testing also covered the system of prompt SMS notification of NSD’s employees.
The communication channel between the backup site and the Interregional Centre of Information Processing (MCOI) and the ability to disclose information on NSD’s website were also successfully tested.
