Local media reported that Zoran Ćirović officially resigned as chairman of the Securities Commission. Reasons for this decision were not revealed. Ćirović acted as Chairman of the Republic of Serbia Securities Commission since July 2011.
Gordana Dostanic who served as CEO of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BSE) since 2002 has retired. The Belgrade Stock Exchange’s managing board has named Sinisa Krneta as the bourse’s new director. He has been working at the Exchange for 14 years and held the position of the Director of Business Operations of the BSE since 2004.
