Slovakia has further progressed in extending the number of DTTs to encourage foreign investment. Armenia and the Slovak Republic signed a Double Taxation Avoidance Treaty. The treaty is subject to the domestic approval of both treaty states. Details on withholding tax rates for dividend and interest income will be provided once they become available.
