OeKB CSD update on T2S, including Asset Servicing and the Closed User Group

During yesterday’s meeting in Vienna, the OeKB CSD provided an updated to its members on the following projects:
Status Update for T2S
- User Manual and relevant documents for testing available on OeKB CSD’s website

- Free tests are possible at all time during community testing
- Migration weekend 03.02-05.02.2017: detailed description will be published until end of October 2016
- T2S Billing: Invoice details available via the OeKB CSD Settlement Client
Asset Servicing with T2S
- OeKB CSD as Issuer CSD collects the due amount related to income events
- Details regarding Income Collection and related Paying Agent/ Issuer Service are available on OeKB CSD’s website
Closed User Group (CUG)
- OeKB CSD will switch all SWIFT communication from/ to it’s customers to a SWIFT Closed User Group with effect from the weekend of 26.11 – 27.11.2016
- All SWIFT traffic via SWIFT network (no longer leased line or VPN connectivity available)
- Participants have to join the Closed User Group
- Communication with OeKB CSD via SWIFT will only be possible with a separate BIC (CUG-BIC): OCSDATW2XXX
Status update CSDR
- OeKB CSD aims to apply for CSDR authorization with the FMA in Q2 2017
The new CSD fee schedule is expected to be provided by the end of October at the latest.
