Licensing status update on SKDD-CCP Smart Clear

The Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD) announced that CCP Smart Clear Inc. (SKDD-CCP) submitted additional documents within the licensing procedure to provide the services as a central counterparty in line with the provisions of EMIR.
SKDD-CCP will notify all market participants once the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) will take the decision on the completeness of the submitted request.
Impact on investors: No direct impact on clients. Following HANFA’s request, SKDD-CCP provided additional documents within the CCP licensing process.
