With reference to our earlier Newsflash (here) we would like to inform you that KELER, the Hungarian CSD, has identified the root cause of today’s technical issue.
KELER has started to process instructions submitted in advance with value date May 25, 2022 which may cause a slowdown of the settlement system in the next hour.
KELER expects to be able to settle all transactions with value date 25 May by today.
Please also be informed that the market deadline of multinet transactions has been extended to 16:00 CET. Information on possible cut-off time extension on the OTC market has not been published.
Impact on investors: KELER advised that settlement of all transactions with value date 25 May can be expected today.
