The provisions of Regulation no. 1/2013 have been approved and it has amended the provisions of the Investor’s Compensation Fund’s authorisation, organisation and functionality of Regulation no. 3/2006. The amendments make reference to the eligibility criteria of the Investor’s Compensation Fund’s shareholders, the corrective measures that are to be applied in case of a shareholder’s eligibility criteria breach and the annual contribution to be paid by the members of the Investor’s Compensation Fund.
The regulation will enter into force upon its publication in the official gazette.
