Central Depository Approved Effective Level For Some Applicable Fees Charged

This week, the Board of the Central Depository decided new levels for the applicable tariffs, which will enter into force starting on April 1st, 2015. The penalty charged for settlement instructions sent by the custodian on the settlement date as follows:

  • Instructions sent to the CSD by the time limit specified in the technical provisions for placing settlement instructions associated with allocation trades that will be settled in the first session of net settlement and for the associated transactions concluded outside trading systems (currently 11:00 local time) will be 50 RON.
  • Instructions sent to the CSD between the time limit specified in technical specifications for entering settlement instructions associated with allocation transactions to be settled in the first session of net settlement and the time limit specified in technical specifications for entering settlement instructions associated allocation of transactions to be settled in the second session of net settlement and for the associated transactions concluded outside trading systems (currently between 11:00 – 14:00 local time) will be 100 RON
