The Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s. (CDCP) has amended and published a new scale of fees on their website, scheduled to take effect from 1 January 2024.
The primary modification pertains to the cross-CSD settlement of transactions, where the standard price established for internal settlement (between CSD accounts) will now also apply to cross-CSD transactions. Additionally, the relayed link establishment fee is determined to be EUR 2000.
The fixed fee associated with the services of registration, modification or cancellation of securities’ pledge or collateral transfers has been increased from EUR 15 to EUR 30. The maximum variable fee (EUR 5000) remains unchanged.
