The amended Fee Schedule, which was published on KDD’s web page on 16th of December 2016, will be effective from 1 February 2017.
The amended Fee Schedule proposes new fees related to the execution of corporate actions:
- Fee for info on executed payment per securities account, opened at the KDD – EUR 0,49
- Yearly fees for maintenance, notification and execution of corporate action

The fee will be calculated monthly as one twelfth of the yearly fee against the average value of assets on the securities account in a particular month. In year 2017, the KDD will only charge 75% of above listed fees.
Other amended fees:
- Monthly account maintenance fee for fiduciary-omnibus securities accounts will be increased from EUR 3.23 to EUR 6.46. The fee for segregated securities accounts will remain at EUR 3.23.
- The settlement fee for short-term securities will be equal to the settlement fee for equities and bonds and will increase from 0,017% to 0,035% of trade value.
- Maximum settlement fee will increase from EUR 24.27 to EUR 29.00.
Impact on investors: Increased fees on Slovene market due to increased KDD’s fees.
