Changes to the Slovenian CSD's fee schedule related to settlement will come into effect as of 1 July 2018

The Slovenian CSD, KDD, amended its fee schedule to decrease the maximum settlement fees as follows:
- in respect of OTC settlement of securities traded on an organised market, both against payment and free of payment - from EUR 29.00 to EUR 24.27
- in respect of OTC settlement of securities not traded on an organised market, free of payment - from EUR 49.00 to EUR 39.50
Please note that at present UniCredit GSS Slovenia applies a maximum fee for free of payment settlement of securities not traded on an organised market at the amount of EUR 29.00 (instead of EUR 49.00), as no systemic difference is being made between securities that are traded and are not traded on an organised market. The correct fee will be applied following a forthcoming system ehnancement implemetation, of which clients will be notified additionally.
Impact on investors: The maximum fees applied by KDD in respect of OTC settlement will change as of 1 July 2018.
