KDD, the Slovene CSD, has announced the agenda of the second workshop on the implementation of the CSDR settlement discipline.
The workshop will be held on 19 January and the participation is limited to the members of the CSD (local custodians).
The agenda of the workshop will include the following topics:
- Brief overview of the settlement discipline measures, with special focus on penalties for failed settlements.
- Amendments of Rules (KDD Operations Rules) and Regulations (KDD Regulatory Technical Procedures).
- Feedback on dry-run testing of penalties in live environment
- Further details of the CSDR go live
