Central Depository AD (CDAD) will implement some changes in its settlement instruction formatting requirements as of 1 March 2021. UniCredit Bulbank will also change some of its requirements accordingly.

Following our newsflash dated 31/08/2020 informing about an update of CDAD’s Operational Instructions Handbook, we would like to bring to your attention the following new fields which will be introduced in settlement instructions to the CSD as matching criteria in force as of 1 March 2021 and will require formatting changes in all client settlement instructions as of the same date:

Impact on investors: As of 1 March 2021 clients should send settlement instructions for transactions settled with CDAD in accordance with UniCredit Bulbank’s updated requirements.
