The public consultation was held in May 2019 and in accordance with Article 306 of The Capital Market Act, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) was notified of the Amendments.
The Amendments to the Pricelist are made in respect to the fees for listing bonds, fees for maintaining listing on the Regulated market and fees for changes in the characteristics of stocks and bonds admitted to trading on the Progress market.
New Pricelist is available on Zagreb Stock Exchange (currently only in local language).
Impact on investors: New ZSE Pricelist will be in effect as of 15 August 2019.
