Croatian Parliament adopted Changes and Amendments on The Company Act publicly announced in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia (NN 40/2019 (No. 816)) and entered into force on 20 April 2019. Changes and Amendments on The Company Act implements the revised Shareholder Rights Directive (SDR II) 2017/828 which related articles will entered into force on 01 January 2021 with exception of remuneration policy report which articles will enter into force on 01 May 2020.
